Australian Pacific Coal – Technical Support Agreement
Cape Coal's 12 month Technical Support Agreement with Australian Pacific Coal (ASX: AQC) was extended with a further 12 months in March 2015.
EPC 1896 Bottle Creek Project
EPC 1896 is located in the Surat Basin in Queensland Australia and covers an area of approximately 24 km2 without any significant environmental constraints.
Mahura Muthla Diamond Mine
In March 2015 Cape Coal entered into an agreement to farm in up to a 10% equity interest in Neala Mining (Pty) ltd through providing technical and commercial support on pre-defined deliverables.
Mackenzie Project
The Mackenzie Coking Coal Project in the Bowen Basin is well located for export markets as it lies on the existing Blackwater railway line to Gladstone.
Lilyvale Project
The Lilyvale Project is located 25km north east of Emerald in the Bowen basin(Queensland Australia). Cape Coal holds a 15% interest in the project, whilst the remaining 85% is held by Stanmore Coal (ASX:SMR)
